USPS-approved EDDM Flat sizes include 6.5x9, 6x11, 8.5x11 and 9x12 (any side over 6.125"). We routinely run 6x11 and 6.5x9 on 14pt UV-coated cover — the sweet spot for cost vs. visual impact.
Yes — send us your list as a CSV or Excel file. We run CASS certification, NCOA address updates, dedupe, and presort to the lowest USPS class your job qualifies for (First Class, Marketing Mail / Standard, or Nonprofit if eligible).
Once we drop your bundles at the local post office, EDDM typically arrives in 3–10 business days. Plan on 5–7 business days for printing and prep before drop. For dated promotions, build in two full weeks.
