We Print Today is a family-owned large-format printer based in Massachusetts, producing posters, oversized prints and display graphics for customers across New England and nationwide. Printing, mounting, laminating and custom sizing are all done in-house — send your artwork, and we roll or flat-pack the finished pieces and ship UPS to any U.S. address.

Big prints, big impact. Large Format is our poster and display department: photo-quality poster printing, oversized color prints, mounted presentation boards and trade-show graphics for events, retail and offices. Our wide-format department prints posters, oversized color prints and display graphics on bond, photo paper and adhesive stocks. Large-format capabilities include paper posters up to 42 x 96 inches, rigid signs up to 36 x 48 inches, and banners, vinyl and other roll-fed materials up to 54 inches wide and 150 feet long, depending on the material and application. Everything is — mounted, laminated and trimmed in-house. Full-size plan sets are quoted on our blueprints and engineering copies page; yard signs and vinyl banners are on our signs and banners page.
Common sizes are 18x24, 24x36, 30x42 and custom banner widths. Bond is standard for plans and drawings; heavier coated stocks and photo paper are used for posters and presentation work; 13oz scrim vinyl for banners.
Send PDFs at final size where possible, or at a clean fraction (half scale) and tell us the intended output size. Vector artwork scales without penalty; raster images should be at least 150 dpi at final size for posters and 100 dpi for banners viewed from a distance.
We proof every wide-format job before printing. If the file is going to look soft at size, we'll tell you before it goes on the roll rather than after.
Yes. Large Format Printing orders are produced at our own Massachusetts facility and shipped UPS to any U.S. address. Shipping is quoted on the real weight and carton size of your job, so you only pay what the freight actually costs. Local pickup is always free if you're nearby.
Upload your artwork on our Send a File page or attach it to a quote request. We check the file, email you a proof or a note if anything needs adjusting, and confirm price, finishing and ship date before we print. Nothing goes on press until you approve it.
Most poster and large-format printing orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days of proof approval, with larger runs and heavy finishing quoted individually. We put the ship date in writing with your quote.
Our matte paper large-format color prints are a flat $3.00 per square foot, up to 42" x 96". Common examples: an 18x24" poster is $9.00, a 24x36" poster is $18.00, a 36x48" poster is $36.00, and a 42x60" print is $52.50. Custom sizes between standards are billed at the same $3.00 / sq.ft rate.

Foam board mounting is priced by finished size and is in addition to the print: 8.5x11" $5, 11x17" $8, 12x18" $10, 18x24" $15, 24x36" $30, 32x40" $40, 36x48" $55. Foam board is lightweight, rigid and perfect for trade shows, presentations and easel-back signs.
Yes — 3 mil roll laminating on our 24"-wide laminator is $3.00 per running foot. Example pricing: an 18x24" print laminates for $6.00 and a 24x36" print laminates for $9.00. Max width on the laminator is 24". Laminating is in addition to the print price.
Yes. Large grommets are $2.50 each and small grommets are $1.00 each. Grommets let you hang banners and posters with rope, zip ties, S-hooks or bungee cords without tearing the print. Just tell us how many and where you want them.
Yes — our novelty checks are $75.00 each and include a full-color matte print up to 24x48" mounted on foam board. They're great for charity check presentations, donation reveals, sweepstakes photo-ops and grand-opening publicity shots.
Trimming is $1.00 per large piece, cardboard easel backs are $2.50 each (all sizes), and we also offer grommets, foam-board mounting and 3 mil roll laminating. Need pole pockets, hemming, gator-board or dibond mounting? Ask for a custom quote.
