Black & white copies on 20lb white start at $0.10/page (1–99) and drop as low as $0.05/page at 3,000+ — pricing is for 8.5" x 11", 1-sided. Color copies on 28lb white text start at $0.49/page (1–50) and drop as low as $0.25/page at 1,000+ — also for 8.5" x 11", 1-sided. Larger paper sizes (8.5x14, 11x17, 12x18, 13x19), 2-sided printing, and non-standard or premium stocks (cardstock, coated cover, specialty paper) cost extra — call, email, or use our online quote request form for exact pricing on your job.

Do you offer same-day copies?

Yes. Turnaround depends on total quantity, but we offer walk-in wait time on small jobs and next-day or rush options for both color and black & white copies. Stop in, call ahead, or send your file and we'll let you know what's possible.

What sizes can you copy?

We run 8.5x11 (letter), 8.5x14 (legal), 11x17 (tabloid), 12x18 and 13x19 on our digital presses, plus engineering copies up to 36x60+ on our wide-format copiers.

What paper stocks do you keep in-house?

20lb and 60lb bond in white and a large variety of colors (available in 8.5x11, 8.5x14 and 11x17), 65#, 67#, 80#, 100# and 110# matte cardstock, 100# coated text, and 80lb / 100lb coated cover. Cover and coated stocks are available in 8.5x11, 11x17, 12x18 and 13x19.

Can I bring originals or send a file?

Either works — drop off originals at our Kingston shop, email a high-resolution PDF, PNG or JPG to info@weprinttoday.com, or use our Send a File page to upload directly.

Do you do double-sided (duplex) copies?

Yes — single-sided or double-sided on any of our stocks, at no extra setup charge.

What finishing and binding do you offer?

In-house finishing includes collate & staple, saddle-stitch booklet making, GBC binding, spiral binding, and 2-hole or 3-hole drilling for binders.
