File setup checklist

• Print-ready PDF preferred (PNG, JPG, TIFF also fine)
• Built at final size with 1/8" bleed if artwork runs to the edge
• 300 dpi for print, 150 dpi for large-format signs and banners
• CMYK color; fonts embedded or converted to outlines
• Note quantity, paper, sides and deadline with your upload

After you upload

We check the file, email a proof or price confirmation, and tell you the soonest pickup or delivery date. Need a price first? Use the quote form or call 781-585-6021 (Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm; Saturday & Sunday closed).

What file formats do you accept?

Print-ready PDF is ideal. We also accept PNG, JPG, TIFF, and most native design files. For large or multi-file jobs, email a link to a shared folder.

How should I set up my file?

Actual finished size with 1/8 inch bleed on anything printing to the edge, CMYK color, images at 300 dpi (150 dpi for large-format signs), fonts embedded or outlined.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We review every upload and send a PDF proof or price confirmation before anything goes on press.

What if my file isn't print-ready?

No problem — our in-house graphic design team can fix bleeds, resolution and fonts, or build the piece from scratch. Call 781-585-6021 if you're unsure.
