Designed it in Canva? We'll print it — beautifully, locally and fast. We Print Today is the South Shore's go-to Canva print shop: a real commercial press, real paper choices and real humans who preflight every file. Whether you're printing 250 business cards, a single yard sign, a wedding suite, a Christmas card mailing or a 4x8 vinyl banner, send us your Canva PDF and skip the disappointing big-box quality.
Print your Canva business card design on premium 14pt or 16pt cover with UV, matte or spot-UV finishes. 250–5,000+ qty, double-sided, rounded corners and rush available.
8.5x11, 11x17, 12x18 and 13x19 flyers plus large-format posters up to 42x96 — printed from your Canva PDF on 100lb gloss, 100lb matte or premium cover stocks.
Canva is where most small-business artwork is made now, and most Canva print problems come from the export, not the design. We take Canva PDFs every day and fix the export issues before they cost you a reprint.
Use Share, then Download, then PDF Print. Turn on crop marks and bleed if your design runs color to the edge, and choose CMYK if your Canva plan offers it. Then send us the PDF rather than a JPG or PNG — image exports lose the resolution and color control that make print look clean.
Every Canva file gets a preflight: resolution at final size, bleed and trim, color conversion, font embedding and margin safety. If something will print badly we tell you what to change and, when it's faster, we fix it ourselves and show you the proof.
Canva's screen colors are RGB and print is CMYK, so bright blues and neons shift. We'll show you the closest achievable match before you commit to a full run.
Yes — we print Canva designs every day. Just export your design as 'PDF Print' from Canva with crop marks and bleed, then upload it via our Send a File page or email it to info@weprinttoday.com. We preflight every Canva file for resolution, bleed and color before we print.
From your Canva design, click Share → Download → File type: PDF Print → check 'Crop marks and bleed.' If you have Canva Pro, choose Color profile: CMYK for the most accurate press color. Set your document to the exact final print size first — don't rely on scaling.
Canva Pro can export PDF Print files as CMYK. Canva Free exports RGB only. We can still print RGB Canva files — our prepress converts to CMYK and proofs for you — but vivid blues, greens and oranges may shift slightly. For brand-critical color, upgrade to Canva Pro or send us a hex/PMS reference.
Set the Canva document to the exact final printed size (e.g. 3.5x2 inches for business cards, 4x6 for postcards, 5x7 for invitations, 18x24 for yard signs, 24x36 for posters). Don't design at 'screen' sizes and try to enlarge them — quality drops sharply.
Yes. In Canva, go to File → View settings → 'Show print bleed' to display the 0.125" bleed area, then extend any background color or photo that touches the edge into that bleed area. When you export, check 'Crop marks and bleed.'
Most of the time, yes. We commonly add bleed, correct resolution, swap RGB to CMYK, embed missing fonts and adjust trim sizes — usually free for small fixes on a paid print order. We'll email you the corrected proof for approval before printing.
There's no hard minimum. We print as few as 1 yard sign, 25 invitations or 100 business cards from a Canva file. Pricing breaks come at 100 / 250 / 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 — ask for a tiered quote.
Most Canva print jobs ship in 2–5 business days after proof approval. Same-day and next-day rush is available on yard signs, copies and many business card and flyer jobs — call 781-585-6021 and we'll do our best to meet your deadline.
Both. Free pickup at our Kingston, MA shop, or UPS shipping anywhere in the U.S. — quoted with your order based on size, quantity and destination.
PDF Print with crop marks and bleed is best, but we also accept high-resolution PNG and JPG exports from Canva for posters, flyers and signs. For sharp text on business cards, brochures and invitations, always use PDF Print.
