We produce the job and return finished binders, exhibit sets or media by mail or UPS to your office, co-counsel or the courthouse anywhere in Massachusetts. Free pickup at the counter if you'd rather stop in.

How does CPCS billing work?

Give us your open NAC number with the job and we bill the Committee for Public Counsel Services directly — nothing out of pocket for you and no invoice to process. We keep the paperwork CPCS requires on file with the order.

How fast can you turn around trial-deadline work?

Most attorney copy, scanning and binding jobs are finished in 1–3 business days, and we take rush work for time-sensitive court deadlines. Tell us the court date when you send the job and we'll confirm the completion date in writing.

Is We Print Today a registered CPCS vendor?

Yes. We Print Today, LLC is a registered Copy & Print Services Vendor for the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) in Massachusetts. Assigned counsel can use us for the full menu of attorney copying, document scanning, binding and trial-prep services and we bill the Commonwealth directly at the contracted rates.

What do I need to bring as a CPCS attorney?

An open NAC (Notice of Assignment / Authorization) number for the case, the materials you need produced, and clear instructions on quantity, color vs. B&W, paper size, binding and deadline. We'll confirm the scope, complete the work and submit the invoice on your behalf — you don't pay out of pocket.

What copy sizes and color options are covered?

Legal document printing is produced on 8.5x11 (letter), 8.5x14 (legal) and 11x17 (tabloid), in both black & white and full color, single-sided or double-sided, on standard white bond.

Do you scan discovery to PDF for CPCS cases?

Yes. We scan paper discovery to standard PDF or to searchable OCR PDF — black & white or color — so you can text-search names, dates and keywords across thousands of pages. Output can be sent by email, on a flash drive (up to 16 GB), on an external storage drive, or on CD/DVD.

Can you Bates-number discovery?

Yes — Bates numbering / Bates stamping is a standard discovery document service we handle in-house on any size production, with your preferred prefix, starting number and digit format.

What binders and binding options do you offer?

3-ring trial binders in 1", 1.5", 2", 3", 4" and 5" capacities, plus GBC binding and Velo / spiral binding for briefs, motions and trial books at any thickness up to 2"+. We also stock acetate, leatherette and printed covers / backers, tabs and indexes, and printed spine labels.
