Most UPS shipping orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days of proof approval, with larger runs and heavy finishing quoted individually. We put the ship date in writing with your quote.

No — we don't pack items in-house, so please have your item boxed, cushioned and taped before you arrive. We do sell packing supplies at the counter (boxes, bubble wrap, peanuts, tape and mailers) if you'd like to grab what you need and pack it at home or in the parking lot.
We stock corrugated shipping boxes in common sizes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, packing tape, stretch film, padded mailers and shipping labels. If we don't have your exact size on the shelf we can usually get it in a day or two.
No — we do not process USPS retail shipments (Priority Mail, First-Class Package, Certified, etc.) at our counter. The Kingston Post Office is directly next door, so you can drop UPS with us and walk over for USPS in one trip.
