What brand of stamps do you make?

We produce Trodat stamps in-house — primarily the Trodat Printy 4910, 4911, 4912, 4913, 4914 and 4915 self-inking line, plus Trodat Professional daters and round Massachusetts notary models. Trodat is the world's most widely used self-inking stamp brand, rated for thousands of crisp impressions per pad.

What's the difference between the Trodat 4911, 4913 and 4914?

Size and line capacity. The Trodat 4911 (0.625" x 1.625") holds up to 3 lines and is our cheapest option at $12.95. The Trodat 4913 (0.75" x 2.375") is our most popular — up to 5 lines for $18.75 — perfect for return-address and signature stamps. The Trodat 4914 (1" x 2.5") holds up to 7 lines or a small logo for $22.25. Larger logos fit the Trodat 4926 (1.5" x 3").

How much do self-inking rubber stamps cost?

Trodat Printy self-inking stamps start at $12.95 (4911, 3 lines) and run up to about $45 for daters and notary models. Common sizes: 4913 $18.75, 4914 $22.25, 4916 $22.00, 4926 $26.75. Replacement ink pads are $8–$15. All prices include free U.S. shipping.

Yes — every stamp we ship goes out with FREE U.S. shipping, no minimum order. Local South Shore customers can also skip shipping entirely and pick up at our 66 Summer Street, Kingston shop.

How fast can I get a custom rubber stamp in Massachusetts?

Most stamps ship or are ready for pickup within 24–48 business hours after proof approval. Same-day production may be available for select models ordered early; specialty daters, seals and large stamps may require two to three business days. Can you make a signature stamp or logo stamp?

Yes — send a high-resolution PDF, PNG or JPG of your logo or signature (or sign in black ink on white paper and we'll scan it). We convert the artwork for stamp production and email you a proof before we manufacture. Signature stamps fit a Trodat 4913; most logos fit a 4914 or 4926.

Do you make Massachusetts notary stamps and seals?

Yes — Massachusetts notary public self-inking rubber stamps and seals built to the MA Secretary of the Commonwealth specifications, plus adjustable date stamps, bank endorsement stamps and inspector/dater combos. (We do not produce embossers.) We also stock replacement parts and ink pads for most major brands.

Do you make received, paid, approved and inspection stamps?

Yes — standard office stamps like RECEIVED, PAID, APPROVED, VOID, COPY, FAXED, CONFIDENTIAL and ENTERED are available as Trodat self-inking stamps, with or without date bands. Custom wording is no extra charge.

How long do Trodat ink pads last and can I get refills?

A Trodat Printy ink pad is rated for roughly 8,000–10,000 impressions before re-inking. We stock replacement pads for every Trodat Printy model in black, blue, red, green and purple ($8–$15) and ship them free with any stamp order.
