Phone photos are often too dark or too low-resolution to print well at 5x7. We check every image, flag the ones that won't hold up, and color-correct before we run the job — something an upload-and-hope website never does.

For a 5x7 card, aim for at least 1500x2100 pixels (300 DPI). Photos straight off a modern phone are usually fine; screenshots, social-media downloads and texted photos often aren't. Send what you have — we'll tell you honestly whether it will print sharp before you commit.
Can you design the card for me?
Yes. Send the photos and tell us the vibe — modern, classic, playful, minimal — and our in-house designers build the layout, set the greeting and send a proof. There's no separate design retainer on standard photo card layouts.
Can you print my Etsy or Canva photo card design?
That's one of our most common holiday jobs. Send the seller's PDF or your Canva export at print size with bleed and we'll run it on the stock you choose. We review every file for trim, bleed and color before printing.
Do envelopes come with the cards?
Yes — matching envelopes are included with every photo card order. Return-address printing on the flap or front is a small add-on, and we can address and mail the whole batch for you.
