How far ahead should holiday party invitations go out?
December calendars fill by early November. For a corporate party, mail four to six weeks ahead — meaning artwork approved by late October or the first days of November. For a casual family gathering, two to three weeks is plenty.
Can you add a QR code for online RSVPs?
Yes. We'll generate a QR code that points at your RSVP form, event page or calendar invite and place it cleanly in the design. It's a popular way to skip printing reply cards and return envelopes.
Do you print matching place cards and signage?
We do — place cards, table numbers, menu cards, a welcome sign and even a large-format step-and-repeat backdrop, all in the same design family as the invitation.
Can you print an invitation I designed in Canva?
Yes. Export it as a print-ready PDF at the finished size with bleed and send it over. We'll check trim, bleed and color, send a proof, and print it on the stock you pick.
