Mid-November is the realistic deadline for a comfortable corporate order — that leaves time for proofs, revisions from whoever signs off, printing, addressing and mailing before the second week of December when mail volume spikes. Orders after Thanksgiving are still possible but tighten every step.
Can you address and mail our client list?
Yes. Send an Excel or CSV of your list and we handle cleanup, addressing (laser or digital calligraphy), stamping, sorting and drop-off. Most clients find it costs less than the staff hours it replaces.
Can you print a different greeting for different client tiers?
Absolutely — variable data printing lets us swap the inside greeting, the signing name or even the logo across segments of one run. Top clients get a personal note, the broader list gets the standard greeting, and it all prints in one pass.
Do you offer non-religious 'Happy Holidays' options?
Yes, and most of our corporate work is exactly that. We keep secular season's-greetings, thank-you-for-your-business and new-year designs in our catalogs, and our designers will write neutral greeting copy if you'd rather not choose.
