Addressing starts around $0.75 per envelope for laser and $1.15 for digital calligraphy, with stuffing and sealing from $0.55. Postage is billed at cost on top. For a 250-card corporate list we'll quote the whole job as one number — call 781-585-6021.
Do you qualify us for bulk postage rates?
On qualifying volumes, yes. We run CASS verification and presort the mailing, which can cut per-piece postage meaningfully on larger corporate lists. We'll tell you upfront whether your quantity clears the threshold.
What if my list is a mess?
Most are. Send it anyway — cleanup is part of the service. We standardize formatting, remove duplicates, flag undeliverable addresses and return the cleaned file so next December starts easier.
How late can I drop off cards for mailing?
Book the slot as early as you can; December fills fast. As a rule, get cards to us by the first week of December for comfortable delivery. Call before you drive over so we can confirm current capacity.
