Blueprints, Engineering Copies & Building Plans in Weymouth, MA

Blueprints, Engineering Copies & Building Plans for Weymouth, MA — the local picture

Weymouth is one of our northern service-area communities — about 35 minutes up Route 3 — so most Weymouth customers send files online and pick the order up on a trip south or take advantage of UPS shipping. We print steadily for Columbian Square and Jackson Square retailers, Weymouth Landing restaurants, and contractors working the Union Point redevelopment and North Weymouth waterfront.

In Weymouth, the blueprints, engineering copies & building plans work we see most often comes from builders and general contractors near Jackson Square, dropping off or picking up via Route 3 Exit 33. Think a permit set for a building department filing, half-size 11x17 sets for the subs, or a stack of 24x36 site plans for a bid package — that's the blueprint, engineering copy and building plan printing on wide-format bond we run every week for Weymouth customers, and exactly the kind of job we'll quote fast and turn around on a tight timeline.

For Weymouth, our blueprints, engineering copies & building plans pipeline is mostly repeat work — architects, engineers and surveyors around North Weymouth who reorder on a schedule, and homeowners pulling permits at town hall near Columbian Square who call when something needs to ship by Friday. Either way, Weymouth files run on the same presses as our Kingston walk-ins, so the turnaround is identical whether you drive Route 3A or upload from your office.

Plan work from Weymouth runs on deadlines: a permit set copied for a building department submission, usually for builders and general contractors near Weymouth Landing with a filing date or a bid due.

Homeowners pulling permits at town hall by the Union Point redevelopment bring us vellum copies of an existing drawing as well — rolled originals, PDFs or a phone photo of a title block are all workable, and Weymouth sets come in off Route 53 or by email.

We're about 22 miles from Weymouth (35 minutes), so Weymouth sets can be printed, folded or rolled and picked up the same trip as the permit office run.

Parking is free and right at the door, so a Weymouth pickup takes a minute — most customers come through on the way to or from the Union Point redevelopment rather than making a separate trip.

Getting here from Weymouth is straightforward: Route 53 brings you to 66 Summer Street in Kingston Center, and customers who know Weymouth Landing usually have us on an errand they were already running.
