Blueprints, Engineering Copies & Building Plans in Marshfield, MA

Blueprints, Engineering Copies & Building Plans for Marshfield, MA — the local picture

Marshfield runs about 20 minutes up Route 3A or Route 139 from our shop. Every August the Marshfield Fairgrounds sets off our busiest stretch — vendor banners, ticket books, raffle packs — and the rest of the year we're printing for Brant Rock and Green Harbor restaurants, Rexhame-area realtors and the church and nonprofit groups around Marshfield Hills.

In Marshfield, the blueprints, engineering copies & building plans work we see most often comes from site supervisors working off marked-up plan sets near Marshfield Hills, dropping off or picking up via Ocean Street. Think a permit set for a building department filing, half-size 11x17 sets for the subs, or a stack of 24x36 site plans for a bid package — that's the blueprint, engineering copy and building plan printing on wide-format bond we run every week for Marshfield customers, and exactly the kind of job we'll quote fast and turn around on a tight timeline.

What sets Marshfield blueprints, engineering copies & building plans apart from other South Shore towns isn't the print — it's the mix of customers. Homeowners pulling permits at town hall near Marshfield Hills and site supervisors working off marked-up plan sets over by Brant Rock have different deadlines, stocks and finishing — and we keep their job histories on file so a reprint takes a phone call, not a re-quote.

Plan work from Marshfield runs on deadlines: a scanned set of old plans turned into PDFs, usually for architects, engineers and surveyors near Brant Rock with a filing date or a bid due.

Homeowners pulling permits at town hall by Green Harbor bring us 24x36 architectural plans for a contractor bid walk as well — rolled originals, PDFs or a phone photo of a title block are all workable, and Marshfield sets come in off Route 139 or by email.

We're about 12 miles from Marshfield (20 minutes), so Marshfield sets can be printed, folded or rolled and picked up the same trip as the permit office run.

Every Marshfield job is produced in this building, not brokered out: printing, cutting, folding, binding and finishing all happen here, which is why we can answer a question about your job while you're still on the phone.

Marshfield orders are handled by the same people every time — you can call 781-585-6021 and talk to whoever is running your job, and because we're about 12 miles from Marshfield (20 minutes) a question rarely turns into a lost day.
