Do you print for customers outside of New England?

Yes. We Print Today is a full commercial printing company and we take work from businesses, organizations and individuals in every state. Everything is produced in our own Massachusetts facility, then shipped UPS to your address. You never have to set foot in the shop to order.

How do I send my files if I can't come in?

Upload print-ready PDF, PNG, JPG or native design files on our Send a File page, or attach them to a quote request. We review every file before it prints, email you a proof or a note if something needs fixing, and confirm the price and ship date before anything goes on press.

How fast will my order ship?

Most copy, form, booklet and stamp orders leave our facility within 1–3 business days of proof approval. Large-format, signage and mailing work can take a little longer depending on finishing. We confirm the exact ship date in writing with your quote, so you always know what to expect.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is quoted UPS from our Massachusetts plant based on the real weight and carton size of your job — no flat markups or guesswork. Rubber stamps ship free anywhere in the U.S. If you'd rather pick up, there is no shipping charge at all.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We'll print one copy or fifty thousand pieces. Black-and-white copies start at $0.10 per page for 8.5x11, 1-sided on standard stock; larger sheet sizes and non-standard stocks cost more. Volume pricing steps down automatically as quantities grow.

Can I still walk in or email if I'm local?

Absolutely. Nationwide online ordering is in addition to our counter, not a replacement for it. • Black & white document copies — From $0.10 per 8.5x11 single-sided page on 20lb white bond, as low as $0.05 at 3,000+. Usually while you wait on small jobs.
• Color copies & flyers — From $0.49 per 8.5x11 single-sided page on 28lb white text, as low as $0.25 at 1,000+. Legal, 11x17, 12x18 and 13x19 also available.
• Business cards — Full-color cards on card stock with real proofs before we print. No minimum order — 100 cards is a normal job here.
• Yard signs & vinyl banners — Full-color yard signs from $10 and vinyl banners from $60, printed and finished in-house with grommets and hems.
• Posters & large format — Posters, presentation boards and wide-format prints up to 36x60+ — including 18x24 and 24x36 poster sizes.
• Blueprints & engineering copies — Building plans and engineering sets copied and printed on wide-format, black & white or color, from your PDF or hard copy.
• Rubber stamps — Trodat self-inking stamps from $20, made in-house. Most ship or are ready for pickup in 24–48 business hours after proof approval.
• Direct mail & EDDM — Postcards and EDDM mailings printed, addressed, sorted and delivered to the post office for you.

Do I need an appointment or a minimum order?

Neither. Walk-ins are welcome during shop hours and there is no order minimum — we print one copy or ten thousand.

What file formats can you print from?
